Is there an exhibit hall at this event?
Yes, DDC2007 features a must-see exhibit hall filled with vendor companies showcasing their latest offerings. Many of our conference sponsors will be among the exhibitors. The exhibit hall plays host to DDC2007’s continental breakfasts, luncheons and networking receptions. It is closed during general and break-out sessions. How many people will attend this conference?
This is the 28th conference on Yellow Pages that The Kelsey Group has held since 1988. Recently, 450 senior executives interested in the global Yellow Pages industry have attended each event.
How many sessions does DDC2007 offer?
DDC2007 features 11 general sessions and six break-out sessions. Among the general sessions are three keynote addresses and a one-on-one Kelsey Group interview with Ambassador Media Group CEO Kathy Hipple. There is also a pre-conference session for Kelsey Group advisory services clients that takes place on Day 1. Click to view the complete agenda.
Will copies of the presentations be made available after the conference?
Yes, for conference attendees only. We will post slide presentations on the DDC2007 Virtual Conference Web site. Attendees will receive an e-mail the week following the event containing the URL and instructions for accessing the Virtual Conference.

How can I get press credentials to cover the conference?

What is the price for registration?

What is the difference between the Kelsey Client price and the All Others price?
The Kelsey Client price is $200 less than the public/All Others price. Clients of The Kelsey Group’s Continuous Advisory Services (The Kelsey Report® and Interactive Local Media) are eligible to receive the Kelsey Client price on conference registration.
Do you offer early-bird pricing?

What is your refund policy?
Conference cancellations received in writing before Aug. 10, 2007, will be charged a $200 service fee. Cancellations received between Aug. 10, 2007, and Aug. 24, 2007, will incur a 50 percent service charge. Registrants who cancel after Aug. 24, 2007, or do not attend the event are liable for the full registration fee. Substitutions may be made at any time, but you must contact Pam Kelsey at (609) 921-7200 Ext. 10 to advise us of changes.

Do you offer special pricing if more than one person registers from my company?

Do you offer a special hotel rate?
Yes. Attendees may book a single room for $239 or a double for $264 until Aug. 24, 2007. After that time, rooms will be available at the prevailing rate on a first-come basis, so make your reservations early. Do you handle hotel room reservations as well as conference registration?

DDC2007 offers a range of pre- and post-conference networking resources and opportunities to help attendees make valuable connections. Before the conference, attendees can opt into the DDC2007 group on LinkedIn to arrange meetings on-site. At the conference, each attendee receives a printed list of attendees. And there are on-site networking opportunities around every corner — from formal opportunities at continental breakfasts, luncheons and networking receptions, to informal chances to meet during coffee breaks and following evening receptions. After the event, attendees can continue to connect online through the LinkedIn group.
What is the LinkedIn group, and how do I join?
LinkedIn is a leading online professional networking site. The Kelsey Group has established an affinity group on the LinkedIn site exclusively for registered attendees of the DDC2007 conference. Access to the group requires two things: 1) You must have a LinkedIn profile. If you do not yet have a profile, go to www.LinkedIn.com to set one up. What does the cost of registration include?
The cost of registration includes access to all conference sessions,* receptions and meals; conference program materials, including a list of attendees, a program book filled with participating company profiles and speaker biographies; and access to the Virtual Conference Web site after the conference.
*Note: Only Kelsey Group advisory services clients have access to the pre-conference client-only session on Day 1.
Is there a registered press and or blogger list available?

Is there a list of attendees available?
All attendees receive the registered attendee list in their conferences packages on-site at the event. Additionally, sponsors receive a list of registered attendees in advance.
