Mary Meeker has been a Wall Street analyst for nearly two decades. In the late 1980s, she began covering technology companies in their early stages of development, including Microsoft and Compaq. Mary has been called an innovator and pioneer for her early recognition of the Internet’s potential and focus on companies including America Online (in 1993) and Netscape (in 1995).

Over the years, Mary has developed an impressive track record of identifying winning companies early on in their evolution, including Microsoft, Compaq, Dell, AOL, Intuit, Netscape, CNET, Yahoo!, Amazon.com, eBay, VeriSign, Expedia, broadcast.com and Google.   Ted Meisel
President, Overture
Senior Vice President, Yahoo! Inc.

Ted Meisel joined Yahoo! in October 2003 with the acquisition of Overture, now a wholly owned subsidiary of Yahoo!, Inc.

Prior to joining Yahoo!, Meisel was president and chief executive officer of Overture. He joined the company in December 1998 as chief operating officer and added the title of president in May 1999. He was designated Chief Executive Officer in January 2000.

Prior to Overture, Meisel held a series of executive positions with Ticketmaster Online-CitySearch, where his responsibilities included the areas of content, product management, product design, professional services, business development, engineering and general management of CitySearch New York. Prior to CitySearch, he spent five years at McKinsey & Company serving media, telecommunications and financial services companies, and three years with Strategic Planning Associates (currently Mercer Management Consulting) in Washington, D.C. and Singapore.

Meisel holds a B.A. in History from Dartmouth College and a J.D. from Stanford Law School.

   
 

Mark Pincus
Founder and CEO
Tribe.net

Mr. Pincus is a seasoned entrepreneur with a proven track record of growing venture-funded technology companies into category leaders. Prior to founding Tribe.net, Mr. Pincus founded and served as CEO of SupportSoft, Inc. (Nasdaq: SPRT), the world's leading provider of service and support automation software. Mr. Pincus founded SupportSoft in 1997 and CSFB lead the IPO in 2000. Before SupportSoft, Mr. Pincus co-founded Freeloader, Inc., the first consumer push information service which was acquired in 1996, by Individual, Inc. for $38 million.

Mr. Pincus worked in venture capital prior to becoming an entrepreneur, where he led investments in new media and software startups at Columbia Capital Corporation and, prior to that, at Tele-Communications, Inc. Mr. Pincus also worked in business consulting at Bain & Co. and investment banking at Lazard Freres & Co.

Mr. Pincus graduated Summa Cum Laude from University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School and he is a graduate of the Harvard Business School.

   
 

Jeff Weiner
Senior Vice President
Search and Marketplace
Yahoo! Inc.

As senior vice president, Jeff currently oversees all aspects of Yahoo!'s commerce and listings businesses, including Yahoo! Search, Yahoo! Shopping, Yahoo! Travel, Yahoo! Autos, Yahoo! Real Estate and local content including Yahoo! Yellow Pages, Yahoo! Maps and Yahoo! Get Local. His team is focused on how to create value for consumers and businesses by effectively matching buyers and sellers in the marketplace. The team is also focused on leveraging Yahoo!'s technology and assets to best optimize the consumer search experience in terms of user experience, product quality and monetization efforts.

From 2001 to 2002, Jeff was the senior vice president of corporate development at Yahoo!, where he was responsible for overseeing the development and modification of overall corporate and individual business unit strategy as well as mergers and acquisitions. Prior to coming to Yahoo!, Jeff was co-founder of Windsor Digital, a private equity firm focused on digital and media investments. From 1996 to 2000, he helped conceive the initial plan for Warner Brothers Online and played a key role in developing and overseeing the division, one of the first entertainment groups to take advantage of the Internet medium. Prior to Warner Brothers, he was a strategic planning analyst at Braxton Associates, the strategic management consulting division of Deloitte and Touche.

Jeff holds a BS in Economics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

In his career, Wurzer served The Tribune Company and The Hearst Corporation in numerous Sales, Marketing, Circulation, General Management and Digital Media assignments. He also served key newspaper industry trade associations in numerous executive capacities.
