Anne
M. Busquet

Anne M.
Busquet was named CEO of IAC Local and Media Services encompassing
Evite, Citysearch, Entertainment Publications, Inc. and ServiceMagic
at IAC/InterActiveCorp in February 2004. Ms. Busquet served
as Senior Advisor to the Company from January 2003 to February
2004 and prior to that as President of its Travel Services
group.
Prior
to IAC, Ms. Busquet was President of AMB Advisors, LLC, an
independent consulting firm. Previously, she was at American
Express for 23 years in diverse executive positions. Ms. Busquet
was President of the Interactive Services and New Businesses
Division from July 2000 to April 2001, President of the American
Express Relationship Services Division from October 1995 to
July 2000 and Executive Vice President of the American Express
Consumer Card Group since November 1993.
Ms. Busquet
serves on the Cornell University Trustee's Council and Johnson
School Advisory Board, on the Advisory Board of JEGI Capital
and on the Invoke Solutions Board of Directors.
Ms. Busquet
has an MBA from Columbia University and a BS from Cornell
University.

Jorgensen

Erik Jorgensen
is a general manager with MSN Search. He leads the groups
responsible for development of Local Search, MSN® Virtual
Earth, MapPoint® Web Service, Microsoft® Streets &
Trips and Mobile Search, with the mission to provide global
access to local knowledge.
He has
held various positions throughout the more than 10 years he’s
worked at Microsoft Corp. Before joining MSN Search, he ran
the MSN portal businesses, including MSNBC, MoneyCentral,
Carpoint®, Slate, Travel, Sports, and HomeAdvisor®.
Before that, he spent six years in Microsoft’s Financial
Products Group, overseeing the product development, operations
and marketing of Microsoft Money, MoneyCentral and financial
enterprise services. In 2001, Institutional Investor named
Jorgensen one of the five most influential people in the online
financial services industry. He started at Microsoft in the
Multimedia Games group.
Before
joining Microsoft, Jorgensen worked in brand management at
Procter & Gamble Co. and the Dial Corp. He has a bachelor’s
degree from Stanford University.

Paul
Levine
General Manager
Yahoo! Local
Paul Levine
joined Yahoo! in April 2003 as the General Manager of Local
for Yahoo!, the most visited local site online. Bringing a
strong background in marketing and product management, Paul
is leading Yahoo!’s efforts in building new location-based
features into the Yahoo! network. He is responsible for overall
management of Yahoo!’s current local properties, including
Yahoo! Local, Maps, Yellow Pages, City Guides, Real Estate,
and Classifieds.
Paul joined
Yahoo! from E*TRADE Financial, where he was most recently
Vice President of Product Management. Paul held numerous management
positions over a 5-year period at E*TRADE in marketing and
product organizations and led the development and launch of
Power E*TRADE, a market-leading product/service/pricing bundle
for active traders.
Paul holds
an MBA from Stanford University and a BA from Amherst College.

Caroline
H. Little

As publisher
and chief executive officer, Caroline H. Little oversees WPNI's
business operations. In this role, Little is responsible for
directing the company's production, marketing, technology,
advertising sales and operations, Jobs, Cars and Real Estate,
human resources and legal teams. In addition, she works closely
with team leaders in all areas in order to further develop
the company.
Little
joined WPNI in 1997 as general counsel. She was promoted to
vice president, administration and general counsel, in 1998.
She became senior vice president of business affairs and general
counsel in 1999, then assumed the roles of chief operating
officer in 2000 and president in 2003. In January 2004 she
was promoted to CEO and publisher.
Prior
to joining WPNI, Little was deputy general counsel at U.S.
News & World Report, The Atlantic Monthly, and Fast Company
(May 1993 to July 1997). While there, she was active in negotiating
agreements with online service providers, licensing, multimedia
syndication agreements and other areas involving circulation
and marketing of the magazines. When Little worked at Applied
Graphics Technologies and Applied Printing Technologies, she
drafted and negotiated various financing and licensing agreements,
joint venture agreements, software license agreements, production
services agreements, asset purchase agreements, and other
agreements for pre-press and printing companies.
Prior
to that Little served as an associate at the law firm of Arnold
& Porter, working on telecommunications, corporate and
real estate issues.
A graduate
of Wesleyan University, Little received a Bachelor of Arts
in English in 1981 and received her J.D. from New York University
School of Law in 1986, graduating with honors. She is a member
of Phi Beta Kappa.

Shailesh
Rao

Google
Shailesh
Rao is responsible for Local Search, 3rd Party and Content
Partnerships for Google. His responsibilities include continuing
to build Google's Local Search business globally, driving
Google's 3rd party channel programs, as well as managing new
content partnership programs on a worldwide basis.
Prior
to Google, Shailesh was VP of Products for Yodlee. Shailesh
managed all aspects of product and corporate development for
the OnCenter product suite, a unique PFM solution for the
financial services market and Yodlee's flagship product. He
also played a critical role in the ongoing advancement of
Yodlee's market-leading Aggregation Platform. Previously at
Yodlee, Shailesh also served as Director of Business Development,
forging many of the company's strategic partnerships and channel
strategies.
Prior
to Yodlee, Shailesh was a consultant with Mercer Management
Consulting focused on corporate strategy for Fortune 500 institutions
across the utility, oil & gas, telecommunications, and
apparel markets. He was also in the business development group
at America Online focused on new product and content strategy
and partnerships.
Shailesh
has a BA from the University of Pennsylvania with Honors,
a BS from the Wharton School with a concentration in finance,
and an MBA from The Kellogg School of Management.

Jim
Riesenbach

America Online, Inc.
As Senior
Vice President for the AOL Search and Directional Media Group
since 2001, Jim Riesenbach oversees one of the key business
and product groups within America Online's Web Audience division.
Properties Jim directly oversees include: AOL Search; AOL
Local Search and Yellow Pages; Netscape Search; Singingfish
Audio/Video Search; and AOL eCommerce Search products. These
properties are also central to the overall growth and success
of the AOL Audience Group, which includes AOL.com, AIM, MapQuest
and other leading brands and services.
During
his tenure at AOL, Jim has overseen a period of dramatic growth
in AOL’s Search and Directional Media businesses, and
has launched an extensive series of product innovations and
revenue growth and optimization initiatives, including the
establishment of a key partnership with Google in both the
sponsored links and web search areas. Jim has also driven
AOL Search’s unique partnership strategy, which has
been oriented toward selecting and working with multiple partners
to develop and integrate new innovative technologies and business
opportunities.
Jim joined
America Online in 1996 and prior to his current role, served
as Vice President and General Manager for AOL's Local brands,
including Digital City, AOL Local and MapQuest. Before joining
America Online, he spent six years with Comcast Corporation,
leading consumer marketing and programming in their cable
television businesses.
Jim holds
a BS from Rutgers University, and has also completed executive
education programs through both Wharton and Harvard Business
Schools.
