Senior Vice President, Research and Consulting

Neal’s view of the marketplace is informed by his hands-on experience and through his quantitative and qualitative research. He is the person most likely to ask the simple questions such as “Will the business owner really buy it?” or “Can the consumer really make use of it?”

Since joining The Kelsey Group in 1998, Neal has led the company’s foray into developing proprietary research initiatives that are designed to inform and advise TKG clients about the adoption and integration of new technologies by consumers for finding local shopping information and by businesses for advertising and marketing to consumers. These research initiatives are essential components for the analyses and recommendations that are delivered to Continuous Advisory Service clients of The Kelsey Group. Neal also manages and participates in The Kelsey Group’s client consulting assignments. He has been the project leader on numerous directory, online and local search projects, conducting market assessment studies and financial forecasts and evaluating and building business models.

Neal holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of California at Los Angeles and an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California.
