Stuart McKelvey
CEO
TMP Directional Marketing
Stuart McKelvey is literally the next generation of Yellow Pages: His father founded the first Yellow Pages agency — Telephone Marketing Programs — in 1967. McKelvey grew up in and around the business. He joined the company full time as TMP Worldwide added recruitment services and the job site Monster.com to its Yellow Pages core business. In 1998, after gaining online marketing experience at interactive pioneer Monster, McKelvey returned to Yellow Pages as president of TMP Worldwide Directional Marketing. In this role, he initiated the delivery of interactive advertising solutions specific to TMP’s unique Yellow Pages client base.

With the sale came a company name change — TMP Directional Marketing — and McKelvey was named as the new company’s CEO. His vision includes leading this new company with even greater focus. At the helm of TMPDM, McKelvey shares his renewed dedication to the local search potential of the core Yellow Pages business and to identifying and expanding the highly synergistic Interactive opportunities.
