Steven Aldrich

Intuit
Steven Aldrich is VP of Intuit’s Small Business Division Strategy and Innovation team, accelerating growth by solving important customer problems. Steven has also led Intuit’s Industry Solutions and QuickBooks Point-of-Sale businesses. From 1995 to 2000, he was president of Quicken Insurance which he co-founded and sold to Intuit.
Steven has extensive experience in financial services and technology, being named one of Institutional Investor’s 1997 top 20 most influential people in financial services on the Internet. Previously, he worked in the investment banking division of Alex Brown & Sons and for McKinsey & Company.
Steven was recognized as an Arjay Miller Scholar while completing his M.B.A. at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and he holds an A.B. in physics from the University of North Carolina.
Steven is president of the Board of the Bay Area Glass Institute (www.BAGI.org) and enjoys spending time with his wife Allison and their son Jackson.

Nick Grouf
Founder, Chairman & CEO

Nick Grouf is currently the founder, chairman and CEO of Spot Runner, Inc., a closely held technology concern based in Los Angeles. Prior to founding Spot Runner, Grouf was responsible for helping to build, oversee and implement the Internet and grassroots fundraising strategy for John Kerry for President, where an unprecedented $80 million was raised online for Kerry's presidential campaign. Before his foray into politics, Nick served as founder, chairman and CEO of PeoplePC, a $200 million company offering computer technology and internet services to customers including several Fortune 500 corporations.
Nick also was the Founder, President and CEO of Firefly Network, Inc., which led the development of personalization technologies for the Internet and pioneered the P3P privacy standard, and which was acquired by Microsoft in April 1998. Grouf spent his early career with McKinsey & Co. and at Goldman Sachs.
Mr. Grouf holds an M.B.A. from Harvard and a B.A. with Honors from Yale. He sits on several boards, including the Alfred Meyer Foundation. |

Peter Horan

Peter C. Horan is CEO of IAC Media & Advertising. In this role, he is responsible for the strategic growth of the company’s Media & Advertising sector, which is comprised of the IAC Search & Media businesses - Ask.com, IAC Advertising Solutions and IAC Consumer Applications & Portals - as well as the Citysearch and Evite brands.
Mr. Horan previously served as CEO of AllBusiness.com, Inc. In this capacity, he was responsible for driving a fast-growing web media and e-commerce content business. Under his leadership, AllBusiness.com led the development of a completely new publishing platform for small businesses, while continuing to achieve accelerated site performance.
Prior to that, Mr. Horan was CEO of About.com where he pioneered the company’s turnaround, turning it into the fastest growing large site on the web. He also led the sale of the property to the New York Times Company for $410 million in 2005. Prior to About.com, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of DevX.com, Inc., an Internet media company that was later acquired by JupiterMedia Corporation. Mr. Horan spent 10 years at International Data Group, a leading global technology media company, where he spearheaded relationships with top advertisers on a worldwide basis, and also served as Senior Vice President and Publisher of Computerworld. Prior to that Mr. Horan spent more than 15 years in senior account management roles at leading advertising agencies, including BBDO and Ogilvy & Mather. |

Ralph Kunz

Dr. Ralph Eric Kunz is Vice President,
Find New in Nokia's Multimedia Business Group, responsible for Mapping, Navigation and Search with Nokia. Before, he served as Vice President Business Development & Partnering in Nokia's Corporate Center.
Prior to joining Nokia, Ralph started up TynTec, a UK-based company focussing on mission-critical mobile data services, after holding a VP position at Bertelsmann Corporation - responsible for equity investments into media-related technologies - as well as being in charge of the technology investment business of a German-American holding company. He also served as project leader with the Boston Consulting Group in various European countries and the USA.
Ralph holds masters degrees in Physics and Economic Policies from the Berlin Institute of Technology as well as a PhD Degree in Physics from the same school in conjunction with the University of Chicago.
Ralph is an author of a range of scientific papers and has filed patents in the nanotechnology and wireless technology spaces. |

Hilary Schneider

Hilary Schneider joined Yahoo! in September of 2006 as the senior vice president of Marketplaces, a newly formed business unit for the company. In this role, Schneider is charged with developing an overarching classified and listings strategy that includes new ways of monetizing transaction listings across Yahoo! as well as day-to-day oversight of Yahoo! Marketplaces properties in the U.S., including Autos, Classifieds, HotJobs, Personals, Real Estate, Shopping & Auctions, Travel and Yellow Pages.
Prior to joining the company, Schneider was the senior vice president for Knight Ridder, Inc., a $3 billion revenue company, where she co-managed the newspaper operations and led its digital division. Under her leadership, Knight Ridder's online revenue tripled and the division's profit margins grew significantly. During her tenure at Knight Ridder, Schneider also served as the president and CEO of Knight Ridder Digital, the online operations of Knight Ridder, Inc.'s 32 web sites. She has served on the boards of CareerBuilder.com, Classified Ventures, Topix,net., ShopLocal and NAA.
Prior to Knight Ridder, Schneider was the president and CEO of Red Herring Communications, where she oversaw Red Herring Magazine, RedHerring.com and Red Herring's events unit. She also served as the president and CEO of Times Mirror Interactive, where she managed all of Time Mirror's Internet businesses, including more than 34 of its web sites. Schneider also served seven years with The Baltimore Sun Company in a number of positions across new business development and sales & marketing, which led to her role as general manager of business operations.
