News: In putting together the forthcoming White Paper on the potential impact of search engine-based advertising on Internet Yellow Pages (IYP) and print Yellow Pages, The Kelsey Group interviewed a number of merchants to determine their experiences and relative satisfaction levels with pay-per-click advertising and IYP, if applicable.
