SUMMARY: Findings from The Kelsey Groups most recent proprietary research initiative User View Wave II show a significant decline in the last 12 months in the number of consumers turning to their printed Yellow Pages when shopping for products or services in their local area. In the coming months, The Kelsey Group will provide additional insight into the findings from User View through both The Kelsey Report and Interactive Local Media programs. In addition, key findings from User View II and Wave VIII of the Local Commerce Monitor (in the field in the second quarter of 2005) will be shared at all of TKGs conferences this year.
